Return Policy
Please read thoroughly:
- V.ROGERS DESIGNS offers returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
- Please fill out the return request form below after reading the below conditions.
- In the Return Request Form, please include your order number, the product, and the reason for return.
- The item(s) you are choosing to return is full-priced. Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Due to the disclaimer that is posted on each product listing as well as my FAQ, any item purchased with intent to return due to variation in coloration, texture, minor bubbles or spotting on surface will not be accepted. This is a natural part of the handmade process. No two products are exactly the same, making your piece uniquely made for you.
- The item(s) are to be returned within 7 days of when the order has been received.
- The item(s) are to be returned in its original packaging. I do not accept responsibility for any damages incurred during transit of the return. Please note, the item will be returned back to you not having met this condition.
- Any shipping and delivery costs associated with your original order will not be included in the refund.
- Any item(s) purchased with a store credit cannot be returned for a cash refund. You will receive a gift card via email.
- V.ROGERS DESIGNS reserves the right to request any supporting images during the process of approving a return if necessary.
- Return shipping is at the expense of the customer. I will be more than happy to assist arranging a return label. I am not liable for any returns that are lost or damaged in transit on its way back to my studio.
- A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all approved returns.
Returning for a refund
Once you receive an approval, the item must be posted for return within 72 hours with proof of return. Once the order is received and inspected, a refund will be processed within 24 hours to the original payment method. I reserve the right to disapprove any return that has not met the above conditions.
Returning for a exchange/ store credit
Once you receive an approval, the item must be posted for return within 72 hours with proof of return. Once the order is received and inspected, a store credit will be processed within 24 hours and delivered via email.
